For a more formal yacht-to-table experience (reservations recommended), 15th Street Fisheries features an outstanding seafood selection and expansive views of the Intracoastal Waterway in the part of the restaurant known as Upstairs at the Fisheries. The Fisheries also has a more laid-back dining experience on the first floor known as Fisheries Dockside, which requires no reservation and is often buzzing with energy. Adventurous diners will rave about Canyon, featuring an eclectic menu of Mexican-inspired fusion dishes in a colorfully sophisticated atmosphere. You’ll never be bored with Rio Vista’s restaurants.

Things to Do 

Soak up the sun rays in the neighborhood’s lush central park, just steps from your home. Or take a golf cart ride to the Riverwalk, which features a robust schedule of neighborhood events and markets in a charming setting. Colee Hammock park is a wonderful place to have a picnic or fish in a scenic setting while Tunnel Top Park, currently under construction, promises plenty of green space to enjoy near local shops and restaurants. Culture enthusiasts can spend an afternoon perusing the Museum of Science and Discovery and the NSU Art Museum or enjoy a theater night at Broward Center for Performing Arts.
