FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH

Welcome to Fort Lauderdale Beach

A high-end neighborhood with a true beach-town feel

Fort Lauderdale Beach is situated along the Atlantic Ocean in southeastern Florida. The neighborhood has a small-town feel with its own police, fire department, and post office. There are also many businesses and restaurants along the beachfront. Residents enjoy a variety of nautical activities, including swimming, sunbathing, fishing, surfing, and windsurfing.

The Paramount, the Edition Residences (in its preconstruction phase), Selene (just starting construction), and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale are all luxurious residential buildings located on the waterfront in Fort Lauderdale. Each will offer its own unique amenities and features, but all are great places to call home if you want to live on the ocean. Paramount is a newer development that includes high-end condominiums and townhomes, while New Edition is currently being built, they’ll open in the next few years as a community of single-family residences. Selene is also just starting construction and will be a gated community of luxury apartments, and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is a stunning luxury community in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. No matter which of these developments you choose to call home, you'll be living in style right on the water in Fort Lauderdale.

Things to Do

Fort Lauderdale Beach has an endless list of activities and annual events for residents. Whatever your interests, you’ll never be bored in this ocean-front community. The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is the world's largest boat show that spans five days and features a wide variety of boats and marine products, including yachts, sport fishing boats, pontoon boats, jet skis, and more. The Las Olas Marina offers slips for boats of all sizes.

There are also plenty of activities for non-boaters, including live music, markets, and food trucks. The Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center is a world-class facility that features two Olympic-sized swimming pools, a diving well, and a water park. The Las Olas Oceanside Park (LOOP) is a popular spot for picnics, sunbathing, and swimming. On weekends, the park hosts a market with vendors selling fresh produce, artisan goods, and more. Dog lovers can spend the afternoon playing catch at Canine Beach or bring them along for a picnic at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.
